Sgt. Lars S. Kisser
The former "lifer" in the military! He will always love and abide by the rules, a yes man! Rather a troublemaker, an instigator of nonsense so he can make up more rules for us to live by...his favorite thing to do! -
Al
Al is a quiet sort of guy who personifies cheapness! He is crazy about Joannie but she has nothing to do with him unless she needs a favor. He knows this and doesn't seem to mind. Al trys to hold his own within the group! -
Henry
The Pompous President! He is the worst because he won't let anyone move into the complex that has a bigger boat or more toys than he does! Henry looks for trouble and a royal pain with his rules and his gavel! -
George
Poor George, he's simply a milk toast that does get pushed around! He doesn't mind much, he's used to it! Besides, he sleeps through most every meeting, well, the important ones! -

The secretary of the Condo 'Bored'! She has always been a working woman in an office, she loves being involved! She lends credibility and common sense (what little there is) to the 'bored'!
